Effective September 24, 2026. This policy describes the information practices of the Replisay website, account service, subscriptions, and Windows application.
Scope
This policy applies to the Replisay website, account experience, subscription services, and Windows desktop application. It explains what information Replisay handles, why it is needed, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.
Account and subscription information
When you create an account, Replisay receives your account identifier, email address, sign-in status, plan, and daily usage count. Subscription checkout is handled by our payment service. Replisay receives the resulting customer, subscription, and payment-status references needed to provide Pro access, but does not store your complete card number or card security code.
Context you choose
Replisay can use the verified app window, a screen area you select, clipboard text you paste, a focused reply field, and details you type or dictate. Context is collected only after the corresponding action, or while Live context is deliberately enabled. Turning Live context off stops its refresh immediately.
Creating and filling responses
When you request a response, Replisay processes the selected context, your instructions, and your chosen response settings to produce a draft. Voice is processed only after you start and stop a recording. Clean up preserves your words while removing fillers and fixing grammar; Compose can organize rough speech into a polished, detailed, context-aware draft but is instructed not to invent facts. Replisay can place a draft into the field you selected, but it does not press Enter, click Send, submit a form, or send a message for you.
Storage and retention
Replisay does not maintain a message-history archive of the conversations, screenshots, clipboard text, voice recordings, or generated drafts used for a response. That working context is kept only as needed to complete the requested action. Account, subscription, security, and daily usage records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Website and desktop separation
The public website cannot independently inspect your desktop, messages, clipboard, or other applications. Desktop context is transmitted only when the signed-in app requests a response using the material you selected. The on-page product demonstration is illustrative and has no access to your computer.
Service operations
Replisay relies on specialized services for secure hosting, account authentication, subscription processing, response generation, and software delivery. Those services process only the information required for their role and operate under their own contractual and security obligations. Ordinary technical records such as IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, request status, and security events may be processed to deliver and protect the service.
Security
Replisay uses access controls, encrypted connections, signed account sessions, limited-purpose service credentials, and separation between the desktop interface and privileged operations. No system can guarantee absolute security, so avoid selecting information that is not needed for the response and keep your device and account credentials protected.
Your controls and rights
You can keep Replisay closed, leave Live context off, choose one-time capture or pasted text, decline microphone access, clear the current response session, sign out, manage or cancel your subscription, or uninstall the app. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Children and policy updates
Replisay is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented through the website, account area, or app before they take effect where required.
